As a Professional Services Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of successful engagements with customers implementing Salesforce and FinancialForce products. Your ability to work independently while keeping commitments to time, cost, and scope while juggling multiple concurrent activities is essential. Based on Statements of Work (“SOW”), you will manage the entire engagement lifecycle for Customers. This includes, but is not limited to: project kickoffs, workshops, status reviews, go-lives, and overall project management to ensure customer success.
This is a contract role and you will be asked to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement before being assigned to any customer projects.
